Accident in Bay Springs Leads to DUI Arrest BAY SPRINGS / HOUSTON COUNTY: Bay Springs Fire and Wicksburg Rescue were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident on Bay Springs Road on Wednesday night. Alabama Unemployment Rate Stays Down ALABAMA: The Alabama Department of Industrial Relations announced today that Alabama's July unemployment rate from fell from 216,501 unemployed persons in June of this year, to 202,539 unemployed persons in July.
