At approximately 12:28 on Saturday afternoon, the Dothan Communications Canter received a call of an accident involving a motorcycle in the 1500 block of Montgomery Highway near Denton Road. The original call went out as a motorcycle versus a Tahoe; however, there was no Tahoe on scene when Dothan Eye News arrived. Dothan Fire / Rescue and Dothan Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on Montgomery Highway at the intersection of Adams street next to the Dothan Magistrate office. Dothan Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Montgomery Highway this afternoon at around 12:30. The cause of the accident is still under investigation by the Dothan Police Traffic Division, but it appeared to have occurred in the median in front of Labambas. One driver was transported to a local hospital by CARE Ambulance with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. At approximately 5:30 pm, Dothan Police officers were dispatched to a report of two vehicle collision in the 800 Block of Montgomery Highway in Dothan. The accident involved a blue pick-up truck and a gold Mazda passenger car. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, however it appears that the truck rear-ended the mazda.
