Dothan woman arrested for stealing over $500 in underwear Authorities have made an arrest in a shoplifting case that dates back to May of this year. The Dothan Police Department has arrested 49 yr. old Sharla Devorice Bivens of Stough Street, and charged her with felony first degree theft of property shoplifting.
